Qualification
Essential: PGDM - Agribusiness / PGDABM/MBA in Agribusniess/ MBA (working knowledge in agriculture). Working experience of minimum 2 years in FPOs and startup ecosystem. Candidate should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking of Telugu language.
Desirable: Strong communication and networking skills, experience in handholding the FPOs, knowledge on credit and market linkages, organizing buyer seller meet, knowledge on agri supply and value chain.
Job description:
1.Travelling to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for organizing FPO related activities.
2.Facilitate FPOs related business activities such as post-harvest management, procurement, convergence with Central/State Govt. schemes, marketing linkages, etc.
3.Facilitating and ensuring in the preparation of appropriate Business Plans of FPOs, based on their products / output, preparation of detailed project reports for securing institutional credit and development of credit and market linkages of FPOs.
4.Suggest business model for strengthening and sustainability of FPOs.
5.Assist in conducting Workshops, Trainings, Exhibition/ FPOs & Trade Fairs/buyer-seller meet etc.
6.Guiding and facilitating the FPOs in obtaining the required statutory permissions / approvals for holding / storing and distribution / supply of inputs to the farmers and in marketing of the produce in notified markets/ mandis.
7.Any other work given by the Competent Authority
 

Consolidated emoluments:
A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 35,000/- Per month.
