Job summary

Qualification and Experience:
Essential – Ph.D in agriculture/horticulture/veterinary/agribusiness management. Working experience of minimum 3 years in FPOs and startup ecosystem.
Desirable – Strong communication and networking skills in agriculture/biological science, knowledge in rural innovation management; experience in handholding the FPOs, knowledge on credit and market linkages, organizing buyer seller meet, preparation of DPRs for the FPOs and Startups, preparation of advanced business plans for FPOs, knowledge on agri supply and value chain. Preferably the age not exceeding 45 years.
Job description:
Will report to COO /CEO, NAARM TBI. He/She is expected to undertake the project deliverable such as implementing startup incubation and FPO projects like Immersion Program, training CEOs of FPOs, Accelerating FPOs, preparation of project proposals to various funding agencies.
He/she should assist FPOs and startups in incubation and acceleration services such as technology linkages, business mentoring, feasibility studies, and market research. Additionally, the candidate should provide technological support through technology transfer, marketing linkages, and credit linkages for FPOs. He/she will help FPOs/Startups to raise finances through various available sources and network with mentors, ICAR institutes, business organizations, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing project reports, delivering presentations at review meetings, and drafting quarterly and annual reports. He/she should also carry out field visits at national level to implement the project.
Consolidated emoluments: Consolidated emoluments: Rs.85,000/- per month.
